Job Details:

• Installation, configuration, and management of Operating systems (e.g. Windows and Linux/Ubuntu etc.) and relative software.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issue the users encounter.
• Monitor the system (e.g. LAN, WAN & Personal Firewall networks) and respond immediately to security or usability issues
• Checking periodic (fortnightly) backups and all system interfaces.       
• Configuring of software packages (e.g. MS Office Outlook, Libero Office etc.) and email accounts.
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software etc.
• Create database of issues faced and resolution provided with timeline.
• Upkeep of the functionalities and security of the Desktops and Laptops.
• Test and install new software to be utilized by the users.
• Keep a traction of expiry of Software and updates.
