# Responsible for handling end to end IT recruitment assignments for various clients 
# Analyzing and understanding the C2H,contract to hire. 
# Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources. 
# Calling prospecting candidate, explaining them about opening. 5. Short listing the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews. 
# Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, 
# Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected
