Junior Medical Officer /Junior Nurse/ Project Technician  recruitment in Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR - National Tuberculosis Institute)

Project: A Phase III, Randomized Double-blinded Placebocontrolled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VPM1002 and Mw Vaccines in Preventing Tuberculosis (TB) in Healthy Household contacts of Pulmonary TB patients’

1. Junior Medical Officer /2 (UR) 

Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognized university 

Desirable : Any Postgraduate degree (MD / MS / DNB) Diploma in Medical Sciences. Previous experience in conduct of Randomized Clinical Trials 

Pay Scale: Rs. 60000

Age Limit: 35 years

2. Junior Nurse/ 2 (UR) 

Qualification: High school or equivalent with science subjects plus certificate course in ANM / with five years experience from a recognized institute/board 

Desirable : Diploma in Nursing /with experience of working as staff Nurse in a recognized hospital or medical institute. 

Pay Scale: Rs.18000

Age: Not exceeding 28 years

3. Project Technician (Lab) /2 (UR)

Qualification:  12th pass in science subjects with any one of the following: (i) Two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (ii) One year Diploma in Med Laboratory Technology with one year laboratory experience in a recognized institution .

Desirable: Training and competency in AFB smear, culture; handling of mycobacterial cultures; Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power point.. 
Pay Scale: Rs.18000

Age:  Not exceeding 30 

4. Project Technician (Field Worker)/ 2 (1 OBC) (1 UR)

Qualification:  12th pass in science subjects with two years field experience in Health sciences in a recognized organization OR B.Sc with minimum six months field experience in Health Sciences.

Desirable: Degree with one year field experience in health science. Knowledge of Computer applications - Microsoft word, excel ,power point and usage of tablets for data collection

Pay Scale: Rs.18000

Age: Not exceeding 30 years.
