• Target and deadline driven & Self-Motivated.
• MS Excel knowledge is a must

Job Description:

• Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best
  possible solution.
• Excellent communication skills – English (verbal/written).
• Internal team coordination over email/call.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Handle the merchant escalations interactively
