# Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)
# Level: FTC (Equivalent to Level 3)
# Shifts: Rotational and Night Shifts
# Experience Range: 0 to 2 year.
# Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.
# The Transaction Risk Investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals.
# They may also be required to contact customers by phone.
# 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, nights and outside of the "standard" work day (as required)
# Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement
# Graduation is mandatory

# Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts (24/7 shifts) and staggered week offs.
# Understands and adheres to SOP.
# Rotational and Night Shift.
