Detailed Eligibility:

Group C (Level 4/5): Graduate in any discipline from a Recognized University.

Group C (Level 2/3): Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination. Educational Qualification must be from Recognized Institutions.

Sports Qualification: Check in given notifications.

Note: If persons appointed as Clerk-cum-Typist – Typing Proficiency of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi within a period of four years from the date of appointment.

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2019): 18 years to 25 years

Upper age limit is relaxable by

• 5 years for SC/ST candidates
• 3 years for OBC candidates

Sports wise vacancies: 21 Posts

• Hockey – 7 Posts
• Basketball – 5 Posts
• Volleyball – 3 Posts
• Weightlifting – 2 Posts
• Power Lifting- 2 Posts
• Handball – 2 Posts

Payscale details:

• Level 2: Rs. 19,900-63,200/-
• Level 3: Rs. 21,700-69,100/-
• Level 4: Rs. 25,500-81,100/-
• Level 5: Rs.29,200-92,300/-

Western Railway Recruitment Selection process:

• Selection will be based on the performance of Trail, evaluation of Sports achievements, evaluation of educational qualifications, etc.
• Only the candidates declared FIT in the Trail will be considered for next stage.
• No marks shall be given to the candidates who declared UNFIT in the Trail for their sports achievement etc
• There will be no interview.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• Group C (Level 4/5): 70 marks
• Group C (Level 2/3): 65 marks

Application Fee:

• For SC/ST/PWD, Ex-Servicemen, Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes: Rs. 250/-
• For Others: Rs.500/-

Mode of Payment: Online mode using Debit Card/ Debit Card or Internet banking.
