Detailed Eligibility:
Assistant Engineer: 4-years full time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electronics & Telecom/ Electrical / Mechanical / Aeronautical / Instrumentation / Aerospace / IT / Computers or any allied branch of the above (From Govt. Recognised Institute) with 60% and above marks.
Officer: MBA in Marketing or Graduate
Age limit (As on 01.06.2018): 35 years
Relaxations: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules.

Air India Recruitment Selection Process:
After scrutiny of applications, candidates who fulfil the laid down eligibility criteria will be required to undergo a laid down selection process/ interview.

Customer Services Agent:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-12 months of experience in the relevant field
- Should be able to handle different situation
- Should possess good command over computer application
Maintenance Junior Technician:
- Diploma/ITI – Electrical/Mainenance
- 0-12 months of experience in the relevant field
- Should be able to handle different situation
- Should possess good command over computer application
Ramp Services Assistant:
- Std X Pass
- 0-6 months experience in aviation operations wilkll be preferred
- Have appropriate skills to set and manage priorties
Ramp Services Junior Equipment Operator:
- Matriculation or equivalent
- Light commercial driving license – candidates should possess current/valid driving license.
- Heavy Driving License will be given preference
- Minimum 6 months experience in Airport Operations
Security Agent:
- Security Agent is lowest appointment in the Security Department.
- In addition to his basic civil education qualification of 12th pass and above, they are either 01 day AVSEC attended/05 days Induction course qualified or 10 days Basic AVSEC attended staff having sufficient experience of handling basic Aviation Security functions properly.
Air India Recruitment Selection Process:
The selection process will be based on interview.
Passport Mandatory: Issuance of Passport should be less than 5 years.
Police Verification: Date of issue should be within 3 months on the date of interview. (Issued by – Superintendent of Police or above authority)
