Requirement:

• Designation: Customer Relationship Officer
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Voice process.
• Role: As a CRO, the individual will take care of Process Verification for Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance Products. 
• Day Shift role.
• The candidate will be involved in domestic telecalling process.
• No Cold Calling involved.
• Attractive Salary Packages + Incentives
• Good communication in English is mandatory.
• Good communication in Hindi is an added advantage. 

Required Experience:

• Should have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in telecalling
• There should not be any break in service.
• Banking / Insurance process experience will be an added advantage.
• Aadhar card and Pan Card are mandatory.
• Relieving Letter and Payslips from the current organization or previous organization is mandatory.
