Inbound Voice process.
- The selected candidates while in their classroom, may receive a diversified training to handle Reliance Trends Customer calls as well. But both LoBs are complimentary.
- Minimum Academic Qualification for candidates :
- 10+2 or a 10+ 3 year Govt Diploma. ITI is not valid.
Competency in English and Hindi :
- The candidates should be able to speak English with minimal grammatical errors, able to hold a conversation with good thought flow, without MTI or fillers.
- AJIO is an e-commerce domain.
- Candidates need immaculate English and Hindi as demanded by the brand quality that AJIO is.
- They should have a passion towards online shopping and customer centricity.
- These advisors would be assisting customers on Sales, fashion consulting, order management and logistics.
- The salary band is a 17000 CTC to a 27000 CTC. It's a 5 day working roster with 2 week offs, not necessarily a Saturday and Sunday.
- Transport is free both ways.
- After the initial two months of classroom training and OJT combined,
- they'll get certified and be moved to Operations in their 3rd month.
- While in Operations, they will get up to ?2000 as their Attendance allowance, ?2000 for a Non Transport User and extra perks for Overtime extensions and working on a 6th weekday.
- This would be over and above their take home salary.
- Though candidates are expected to be okay with round the clock shifts, female employees would have a last logout of 12 midnight only.
