# Flexible with timing as per support requirement
# Good understanding of ITIL process
# Should be able to prioritize issues
# Should be able to handle Severity 1 issues and chair sev 1 calls
# Good knowledge of Operating systems like Windows/Linux
# Excellent analytical skills
# Should be a good team player
# Well versed with the Severity 1 communication protocol
