Manager (Vet./P&I):

• Must Possess a Degree in Vety Science from a recognized University
• Must have registered with Vety. Council.

Manager (Marketing):

• Must Possess any Degree and MBA from a recognized University / Institution (or)
• Any degree and 2 years post graduate Diploma from a recognized University / Institution

Deputy Manager (Dairy):

• Must possess Degree with IDD/ NDD or
• Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science/Dairying or
• B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Food Processing from any approved
  institutions.

Private Secretary:

• Must Possess a degree in any discipline.
• Must have passed typewriting English Higher Grade and Tamil Lower Grade and Shorthand English Higher Grade & Tamil Lower Grade.

Executive (Office):

Must Possess Post Graduate Degree and pass in Co-operative Training as detailed in Rc.No.51928/2013/SF2, Dated 18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai, Exemption for holder of degree in B.A. (Co-Op) or B.Com (Co-Op) from Passing Co-operative  Training.

Junior Executive (Office):

• Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
• Must have passed in Co-operative Training as detailed in Rc.No.51928/2013/SF2, Dated
  18.07.2013 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai, Exemption for holder of degree in B.A. (Co-Op) or B.Com (Co-Op) from Passing Co-operative Training.

Heavy Vehicle Driver:

• Must have passed VIII Std., or its equivalent.
• Must be in possession of valid Driving Licence to drive Heavy Vehicles.
• Must Possess a minimum 3 years experience as Heavy Vehicle Drive.

Technician (Electrical):

• SSLC / X std. Pass. Must Possess ITI (Electrical) with National Trade Certificate and in Lineman/ Wireman. (“ B” Licence) (or)
• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and “C” Licence.

Senior Factory Assistant:

• Must have passed HSC (12th Std) OR
• Must possess ITI in Any Trade

Qualification in Tamil: Every candidate should possess an adequate knowledge in Tamil.

Pay Scale details:

• Senior Factory Assistant: Rs. 4,800-10,000/-

Aavin Recruitment Selection process:

• The selection process will be based on Written Test (85 Marks) & Oral Test (15 Marks).
• Written Examination – Objective type questions on English knowledge, Test of Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge and subject knowledge.
• Certificate Verification
• Oral Test in the form of an interview in respect of candidates who have secured top marks in the written test.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: Those candidates who have an overall score of less than 40% shall not be considered for selection.

• For OC/MBC/BC candidates: Rs.250/-
• No fee for SC/SCA/ST candidates

Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (Generally called as Aavin milk) is formed/registered on 1 February 1981 in Tamilnadu Government and its operates under the Dairy Development Department, Tamilnadu. Aavin milk do commercial activities such as Milk Procurement, Processing, Chilling, packing and sale of milk to the consumers etc. This department also sells the Milk products to the consumers across Tamilnadu. There are 17 District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Unions functioning in Tamil Nadu, covering 30 Districts in Tamilnadu.
