The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Ltd – FACT Recruitment for the post of Fireman for Diploma candidates on contract (Adhoc) basis. The detailed eligibility and application process are given in below.

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering.

Note: Those who have successfully completed the Diploma course in 2017 and thereafter, need not apply.

Physical Standards:

• Height – 165 cm
• Weight – 56 kg
• Chest expansion – 5.5 cm

Age limit (As on 24.07.2018): Below 35 years for general candidates.

Relaxations in upper age limit:

• 5 years for SC/ST candidates
• 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates

FACT Fireman Selection Process:

• The engagement will be on the basis of training batch wise seniority of the candidates applying in response to this notification.
• In case of candidates with the same year of passing, employment will be based on the total marks scored in the Diploma examination.
• Candidates who are engaged shall acquire Heavy Vehicle Driving License with Badge within two years of their engagement.
