• Take charge of the jagograhakjago.com consumer helpline for complaint redressal
• Take up activities such as educating consumers through awareness campaigns on our social media handles as well as conduct regular interactions on Facebook and Twitter.
• Coming up with new redressal mechanisms/ models for consumer protection
• Managing backend data and creating weekly and monthly reports
• Touching base with companies to facilitate speedy redressal
• Connecting with potential donors as well as working on proposals
• Take up other research work, data analytics as well as administrative tasks
