Job details:

• Contact potential new and existing customer to provide the information about the project as per script
• Interact with customer via phone to understand customer requirements      
• Dealing with customer for their enquiries & queries over the phone or via e-mail
• Contact customers and maintain regular follow ups with them, Contact potential
• Customers and get in touch with the concerned persons and schedule site visit with sales officer 
• Co-ordinate with sales team regarding customer site visit.
• Data entry and update customer information in the database (CRM Software, IMS Software) telephone system etc.
• Record keeping for all sales call related information and note useful information 
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications 
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
