# Handling Phone Calls Efficiently at the Front Office.
# Take and Relay Messages, Provide Information to Callers
# Greet persons entering Organization, Direct persons to Correct Destination
# Deal with Queries from the students, walk-ins and others
# Ensures Knowledge of Staff Movements in & out of Organization
# General Administrative & Clerical Support, Prepare Letters & Documents
# Receive & Sort Mail & Deliveries.
# Takes care of Admin activities - handling Courier, Attendance, General Maintenance works, Housekeeping etc
# Maintain Incubate company Details, Visitor Management,
# Marketing Support - Sending Mailers for Events - Track Registrations.
# Takes care of the general maintenance works in the organisation.
# Help maintain student database (enquiry and enrolment) .
# Assist in on-line exam centre.
